My favorite way of working out with vitruvian is to use progression mode in just lift, starting weight at zero pounds. Then have it increase by 1 lbs every single rep. This helps me effectively warm up, and get up to a high weight with a very good workout.
Except progression caps increases to 22 lbs. why? I donβt see how this can be a safety feature, especially with only 1 lbs increments.
Is there any way to remove this cap? It would be enormously impactful and I bet others would find this style of working out very very effective. You can basically do one really hard rep to almost failure, starting very light, warming up, and then getting to a really good set. The ultimate set. From warmup to failure. One set and then Iβm on to the next body part
