Everyone knows we use the long bar in JL mode. Works fine in old school and pump.
In echo mode squats and deadlifts can’t be performed with full range of motion due to the “jerky” feeling of echo mode when ROM reaches the beginning of the concentric phase (when handle is nearest the trainer).
Maybe have a setting that says “using long bar” or just “long bar” and implement a change that better syncs cable movement and smooths out that jerky feeling for long bar and handles.
