Engage with the community more

This would tie in with a proper web portal too. Send more regular emails saying what’s new, have articles on the modes and why/how to use or links to videos. Do videos or articles to remind people about the value of the trainers etc etc.

When I first ordered I got several emails building up the excitement about getting the device but now I get very little. With another app I get at least one a month telling me about something up coming or to try this or that, or did i know etc.

Shows a high level of engagement.
