When going to a traditional gym I use a 5/3/1 with Joker workout programme which I run as an 8 week cycle with the first week being 1RM measurements, followed by 6 weeks of the programme, then a deload week, before starting all over again. Each set is calculated as a percentage of my 1RM.
If I was to create this now I would have to create 32 workouts, each containing over a dozen sets, which would then need to be updated every 8 weeks based on my new 1RMs. Itβd be very useful to be able to create a custom program, made up of 32 workouts, where each set was calculated based off my 1RM that is set in the first week. Then I would only need to create it once and itβd be updated automatically.
