Allow us to make/add our own notes to exercises and workouts.

Similar to tagging just lifts. But allow us to add notes to individual exercises (like for what adaptations to make for short/long term injury or particular reminders of hacks we need for set up/position/setting Range of Motion). Notes on workouts would allow us to note or keep track of training plan adjustments week to week without making duplicate workouts. Or notes about what exercises are listed as placeholders/subs for something else not in the library.
