If they aren’t going to release new classes, I would like to see them make it easier for us to share workout programs.
It would be helpful to have a way to interact with the app on a computer to create our own programs or import existing ones.
I would love to see an AI feature that suggests alternative exercises. For example, if I’m new and want to do lat pull-downs, I could ask, "What are some alternatives?"
Integrating body measurements with a workout program could allow the app to notice if I'm gaining strength slower in one area compared to others and suggest focused workouts.
If I have an issue like tennis elbow, it could modify the weight or provide recovery tips.
The app could also monitor for signs of overtraining a particular muscle group and suggest alternatives or lower weights.
Lastly, it would be great to have the ability to create an entire workout program, not just a single session.
