Add more data to Progress Screen

It would be nice to be able to see not only personal best for certain exercises and how that changes over time but also average weight lifted per exercise over time. My personal best doesn’t change much because it’s capped out by the weight I’m lifting but I should see the averages go up over time as I get stronger and don’t slow down as quickly
