Currently, the Trainer+ starts "listening" for your Range of Motion (ROM) the second you move the cables. If you’re just shimmying into position for a heavy bench press or squat, the machine often counts those micro-movements as your practice reps. By the time you’re actually ready, the weight is already trying to load, or the ROM is messed up.
The Feature: A giant "Start ROM" button on the screen.
The Change: The machine stays at zero resistance and ignores all cable movement until you tap that button.
The Benefit: No more "wasting" reps or fighting the machine while you're just trying to get your feet set. You get in position, tap the screen, and then start your 3-rep calibration.
